Dr. W. Patrick Neumann, LEL, EurErg, is a design scientist, a certified human factors professional and director of the Human Factors Engineering Lab in Toronto Metropolitan University’s Industrial Engineering group.  He is co-lead of the Better Work Better Care Coalition, an open network of practitioners and researchers devoted to improving working conditions and care quality in health care.
