Sue Bookey-Bassett, RN, PhD, is a health services researcher and  an Assistant Professor in the Daphne Cockwell School of Nursing at Toronto Metropolitan University and the Co-Lead for the Better Work Better Care Coalition. Her research focuses on nursing workforce development, health-care work environments and integrated care.
